BCK Property Services was formed to service the ever growing demand for investment property management and leasing services in central Vermont.
From humble beginnings in Barre and Montpelier, over the years, we have grown to serve the entire central Vermont region as an integral part of one of the largest privately owned real estate company in the state.
Keeping pace with a rapidly changing market and staying abreast of ever increasing legal and fair housing issues in the property management specialty makes BCK’s investment property management program second to none. Vermont has strict new lead paint laws. We have three property managers who are state certified in Essential Maintenance Practices.

Our managers average over 15 years of experience, and we have the staffing & resources to service anyone from the small landlord with a single property to investors with large numbers of real estate investment holdings. We provide a vast array of services from leasing apartments to full management including paying bills, collecting rent and preparing accounting statements.
