A move-in ready home may be a new home that is either entirely or partially complete. Move-in ready or Move-in condition homes can be spec homes built by home builders with included options and upgrades that the home builder thinks will be popular with home buyers. However, in Vermont, this often means he home is currently vacant and the owner can close quickly. Sometimes when you see the phrase “Move-in ready” it really means move-in condition. In other words, the home could be comfortably occupied with little or no effort on the part of the buyer.
