John Biondolillo's name has become synonymous with the cutting edge and very best of Vermont real estate. John's trendsetting methods have set the standard for service in Central Vermont. John has over 25 years experience in real estate and finance. John and Marcia Biondolillo purchased BCK Real Estate in 2002. Since that time they have expanded the business with offices in Barre, Montpelier, Northfield, Waterbury, Rochester and most recently Stowe. Last year BCK helped over 30% of the all buyers and sellers in Washington County find their new home or Vermont Land parcel
He and his wife, Marcia, lend their time to helping numerous non-profits in Barre and Montpelier, including the local chapter of the American Heart Association, the March of Dimes, the Granite Museum, Barre Players, the Montpelier, Knapp State Airport Association, Theatre Guild and the Barre Opera House. John is very active in the central Vermont community. He serves on numerous boards and is a member a many civic organizations. Over the years John has been involved with the Rotary Club, Vermont Historical Society, Barre Country Club, Knapp State Airport Association, March of Dimes and other civic organizations including Chairman of the Barre City Development Review Board. They live in Barre with their two children, Sam and Tori. John enjoys coaching soccer, baseball and basketball.
