My interest in real estate stems form two distinct interests; one is my love for architecture- particularly the vernacular of rural Vermont farm houses. Secondly, my efforts in hands on restoration of four country houses over the past decade has taught me to look closely at the details of each house. Restoration is not unlike researching potential properties for my clients, I feel the success of each real estate relationship stems from researching the details to find the correct repair of horse hair plaster, the ideal spot of rolling meadows for a retirement home/investment, or the hidden country home that has been untouched for decades. I continually exhibit my fine art photography which is held in numerous collections- both private and public. My interests are diverse- I ride a 50 year old racing motorcycle just a bit too fast on the back roads of Rochester, snow shoe with my standard poodle Iggy, and lovingly shovel compost for my wife’s gigantic flower and vegetable gardens. As the Zoning Administrator for Rochester- a appointed position that will over time, put me in contact with almost every person in town. I am a resident of Rochester, and for nearly a decade my wife Agi and I continue to finish just one more project on our 200+ year old former school house.
Below are some of the properties that successfully sold within the last 12 months.
